Class Policy
All classes must be prepaid. Minimum class sizes are determined for each class and we reserve the right to cancel the class if minimum class size is not met. If your class is cancelled due minimum class size not being met, you will be issued a full refund.If you are unable to attend a class, and you have notified the shop 7 days prior to the class date, you will be issued a 100% refund; otherwise, you will be issued a 50% refund.
If taking the BEGINNERS QUILT CLASS, you cannot miss the first class. If you have the shop 7 days prior to the date of the first class that you are unable to attend, you will receive a 100% refund. Otherwise, you will be issued a 50% refund and will not be able to attend the second class.
Shipping & Returns
Please contact us immediately at nonnasquiltingnook@gmail.com if there is any issue with the product you receivedTo be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must have the original receipt and contact us for return authorization before returning any goods. You must pay the return shipping fee unless the return is the result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Sale items and cut yardage and kits are not returnable. Due to copyright laws, books and patterns are also not returnable.
