Nonna's Quilting Nook was founded in 2005 by Rita Lawrence. In Rita's family, quilting is a tradition that's lived through many generations. Rita has spent a lifetime stitching together quilts, clothes, pillowcases, purses, and various other items for for her family and friends. A winner of many ribbons at quilt shows, Rita has certainly become an expert quilter of her time. She's seen the smiles a handmade gift can bring to the faces of family and friends, and is dedicated to helping others sew joy into the world.
